Cheap stitching

The straps with hooks pulled out of the stitching while I was setting it up........and I was not pulling it hard. I really wish the weather had cooperated for me to try setting this up before the trip. I also did not get the carrying bag it claims.When I called the company today, he offered to exchange it.......according to him, he was going out of his way to do. but claimed I was trying to attach it to the wrong type of frame.If you don't have a QSS frame, you want to set up your pop-up and measure it before buying this. my legs have 3 sections and are not adjustable within these areas. I would have to have my pop up set at the middle setting in order to use this. even though I wasn't able to get it set up completely, I did see that I was only going to be able to use it at about 4 feet high........ which would make usable space at bottom 9 x 9........If you are considering this item............measure 3 times.........maybe even contact company before buying. It's a wonderful idea, but.........

good for the price

We use the tent for the back yard sleep overs. Since the top of the tent is a screen I left it open and did not put the pop up cover on. This way the kids can see the stars. I found a cheap pop up at a sports store. I don't think this would hold up if use for camping other then light use.
