I looked at tents all winter time before settling on this one. I mainly chose the Yahi 6 over others due to it being on sale and the good waterproof coating on the floor.This tent appears so far to be very good quality. I haven't found any flaws in the workmanship. The mesh breaths well so long as you have the fly doors fully open. When closed, the little vent on the front door isn't enough and it will heat up quickly. So far condensation hasn't been an issue with them closed though. Also the walls come up high enough that any breeze won't blow directly over you. This is good or bad, depending on the weather. Ideally it would have full mesh doors with covers that can be open or closed but it's next to impossible to find any tent with that these days. The floor is on the thin side but has better waterproofing than most. I also purchased the footprint.Setup is not as quick and easy as a traditional 2-pole dome. It takes me about 20 minutes to setup with footprint and fly. It can be a bit frustrating to get the cross poles in place using the procedure described in the instructions. I have yet to find a good way to do it, and am concerned I will bend a pole at some point. The payoff for the extra effort is more vertical walls that make for a roomy interior. I'm 6'4" so the fly wasn't too difficult for me to get on but shorter people may have issues. Due to it's odd shape I gave up trying to fold the fly back up, it gets stuffed back in the bag. Everything does fit back in the bag easily enough.The rear vestibule is on the small side and you can't open both sides without taking out the stake securing it. I did have a bit of an issue with the front fly zippers catching on the storm flap. Front vestibule is adequate and nice to have.The 3 plastic windows means you don't have full privacy. Not a big deal to me but to some people it could be. Like all tent ratings, 6 people may be cramped, but a family of 5 should fit fine. Spacious for 4.Weight is fairly light for a 6 person tent. Still best for car camping though. The aluminum stakes are pretty weak, I easily bent a couple in ground soft enough to put them in by hand the first time I set it up. It also didn't come with stakes for the guyouts.All in all, for the price I paid I'm pretty happy with it so far. This is only an initial review after two nights and no adverse weather so don't read too far into it.
